It is my "BRAND" and here is the definition:

1.) Made of or resembling adamant.
2.) Having the hardness or luster of a diamond.
3.) Unyielding; inflexible:

Boost Your Online Business with a Blog
If you want to give your Internet Marketing efforts
a
boost, you should consider starting a blog. It's
another
tool you can use to drive traffic to your web
site and
increase sales.
What is a Blog
The most basic definition of a blog is a kind of
online
journal. It contains posts in reverse
chronological order.
Now, that may imply that a blog
is like an online diary,
and some blogs are just
that. Other blogs are used to
present information,
interact with readers, and ultimately
to sell
products.
The style of a blog is more personal than that used
in
articles. It's more like having a conversation at
a
(virtual) water fountain than just presenting
information.
Advantages to Having a Blog
When you have a blog (or several of them), it's a way
to
launch an online presence under your own name.
Over time,
you start to establish yourself as being
an expert in the
niche market you have chosen to
target.
Since people will usually choose to do business
with
someone who they know, even through something
like a
series of blog posts, this is a great way to
connect with
potential customers. Through your
postings, you provide
them with information that is
timely and relevant to their
needs.
Make a point of posting a link to your web site on
your
blog. Refer to the fact that there is another
place your
blog visitors can go to more information
or see your
products. When you let your blog visitors
know that you
have a new product for sale, they are
more likely to buy
from you because they feel as if
they know something about
you already. You have taken
the time to establish
credibility.
How to Start a Blog
Starting a blog can be done quickly and easily. There
are
many blog platforms you can use at no charge,
such as
Wordpress.com. Signing up is quick and easy.
Once your
account has been created, you can choose a
theme for your
blog from a number of options. The
theme is the background
color and image for your
blog. With the choices available,
it may be difficult
to make a decision! If you get tired of
your current
theme, you can change it with just a few
clicks of
your mouse.
You don't need to know any HTML to add content to
your
blog, either. The editing function is very
simple and easy
to use.
Keep Your Blog Content Fresh
If you want to attract regular readers to your blog,
you
will need to keep it updated on a regular basis.
You may be
able to get away with updating your web
site once a month
or so, but with a blog you need to
plan to add content at
least weekly, if not several
times a week.
If this seems like too daunting a task with your
other
responsibilities, then you may want to consider
hiring a
freelance writer to ghostwrite your blog for
you.

Here is a
pretty neat little thing from Paul Harvey. See if you
can guess the riddle at the end.

We tried so hard to make things better for our kids
that we made them worse.
For my grandchildren, I'd
like better.
I'd really like for them to know about
hand me down clothes and homemade ice cream and
leftover meat loaf sandwiches. I really would.
I
hope you learn humility by being humiliated, and that
you learn honesty by being cheated.
I hope you learn
to make your own bed and mow the lawn and wash the
car.
And I really hope nobody gives you a brand new
car when you are sixteen.
It will be good if at least
one time you can see puppies born and your old dog put

I hope you get a black eye fighting for

bedroom with your younger brother/sister. And it's all

the room,but when he wants to crawl under the covers
with you because he's scared, I hope you let
him.
When you want to see a movie and your little
brother/sister wants to tag along, I hope you'll let
him/her.
I hope you have to walk uphill to school
with your friends and that you live in a town where you
can do it safely.
On rainy days when you have to
catch a ride, I hope you don't ask your driver to drop
you two
blocks away so you won't be seen riding with
someone as uncool as your Mom.
If you want a
slingshot, I hope your Dad teaches you how to make one
instead of buying one.
I hope you learn to dig in the
dirt and read books.
When you learn to use computers,
I hope you also learn to add and subtract in your
head.
I hope you get teased by your friends when you
have your first crush on a boy\girl, and when you
talk back to your mother that you learn what ivory
soap tastes like.
May you skin your knee climbing a
mountain, burn your hand on a stove and stick your
tongue on a frozen flagpole.
I don't care if you try
a beer once, but I hope you don't like it.. And if a
friend offers you dope or a joint,
I hope you
realize he is not your friend.
I sure hope you make
time to sit on a porch with your Grandma/Grandpa and go
fishing with your Uncle.
May you feel sorrow at a
funeral and joy during the holidays.
I hope your
mother punishes you when you throw a baseball through
your neighbor's window and that
she hugs you and
kisses you at Hannukah/Christmas time when you give her
a plaster mold of your hand.
These things I
wish for you - tough times and disappointment, hard work
and happiness. To me, it's the
only way to
appreciate life.

kiss. I'm here for you. And if I die before you do, I'll
go to heaven and wait for you.
