Email Subscription Agreement

"You" means YOU as identified by the email address you use as indicated in "Your Subscription Details" fields.

"your email address" is the email address you have already used as indicated in "Your Subscription Details" fields.

"I" means me, Jim Kelley and The Kelson Company.

By subscribing to my newsletter you agree to all terms in this Agreement.

This is a free service until it'll become a paid one. I am reserving the right to stop emailing you and also to delete your email address from my list of subscribers when and if this service will ever require a fee for subscribing. 

This ezine has a double opt-in feature. That means you must verify your email address in order to become a valid subscriber. I am using this feature because a) I do not want ever to be accused by you for spam and b) do not want spiders, robots and other web creatures that crawl my web pages to send fault submission requests.

So, in order to COMPLETE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS and receive all the messages, please follow the instructions in the email you'll receive shortly.

If you don't confirm your subscription you will never receive an email from me - neither will you receive your bonuses, my articles, ebooks and software I often give free to my subscribers, any contests' prizes and all the goodies this ezine offers.

As a valid subscriber of my ezine you agree to receive from me:

• This ezine's issue normally once per week.

• My email "Alerts" about special offers, products or services - usually once per week.

• Special announcements with both in-house and third-party advertising, or "solo" ads sent periodically to this list without a schedule.

Spam is NOT tolerated and I shall never distribute your email address. 

If you don't have a good memory (I do not) PLEASE un-subscribe NOW because I don't like ever to be asked "Why are you sending me emails..." Or at least write down that you subscribed TODAY by YOURSELF. 

If you're under 18 please refrain from subscribing or ask your parents first what to do. 

If you are NOT serious enough about Internet Marketing please un-subscribe NOW. There are so many other opportunities online to make you happy - I shall not. 

You can always un-subscribe in the future when ever you want to.
